1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TraderJack ("Service"), including the traderjack.ai website and the TraderJack Telegram bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
TraderJack is operated by Pip4x LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as TraderJack ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
2. IMPORTANT: NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
THE TRADERJACK SERVICE IS A JOURNALING AND ANALYTICAL TOOL ONLY. NOTHING ON TRADERJACK — INCLUDING JACK'S ANALYSIS, PERFORMANCE STATISTICS, PATTERN DETECTION, WEEKLY SUMMARIES, OR ANY OTHER OUTPUT — CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING RECOMMENDATIONS, OR A SOLICITATION TO BUY OR SELL ANY FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT.
Past patterns identified in your journal do not guarantee future trading results. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of more than your initial investment. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
If you need financial advice, consult a licensed financial advisor.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TraderJack. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.
4. Account Registration
To use TraderJack, you may register via email or connect through Telegram. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at contact@traderjack.ai
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4.1 Broker Account Connections
You may connect your third-party broker account(s) to TraderJack to enable chart display and trade analysis features. By connecting a broker account, you:
(a) Authorize TraderJack to retrieve historical price data and trade history from your connected account via our integration partner solely for the purpose of displaying that data within the TraderJack platform;
(b) Represent and warrant that your broker permits third-party API connections to your account and that you have the right to authorize such access under your broker's terms of service; and
(c) Acknowledge that TraderJack retrieves and displays your own account data back to you — we do not share, sell, or redistribute your broker data to any third party.
TraderJack is not responsible for any restriction your broker places on third-party access to your account. If your broker does not permit third-party connections, do not connect that account.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
5.1 Plans
TraderJack offers the following paid subscription tiers:

A 14-day free trial at the Starter level is available to new users. No credit card is required for the free trial.
5.2 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor(s), which will include card and cryptocurrency options. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable processor's terms of service.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your plan's features until then.
5.4 Refund Policy
- Free trial: No charge, no refund needed.
- Paid subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of initial payment for new subscriptions. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not issued.
- Special promotions (e.g., free month of Pro): Promotional credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
5.5 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Free Trial and Promotions
The 14-day free trial runs at Starter plan limits regardless of the plan you sign up for. First 100 waitlist users receive one free month of Pro upon launch — this is a one-time credit applied to the first billing period and does not recur. No credit card is required to join the waitlist or redeem the free trial; a payment method is required to continue after any free period ends.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use TraderJack for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service
- Share, resell, or sublicense access to your account
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or our systems
- Use the Service in a way that interferes with or degrades service for other users
- Submit false or fabricated trade data for the purpose of manipulating AI training
8. Your Content
8.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all trade data, journal entries, screenshots, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
8.2 AI Training
We may use anonymized versions of Your Content to improve our AI models, subject to the consent choices described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of AI training use in your account settings.
8.3 Representations
By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
9. Intellectual Property
All elements of the TraderJack Service — including the Jack AI, website design, software, text, graphics, and trademarks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Any analysis, pattern detection, or insight provided by Jack will be accurate or profitable
- The Service will meet your specific trading or business needs
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRADERJACK, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST TRADING CAPITAL, OR DATA LOSS — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability for personal injury or certain other damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitation may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TraderJack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Account Termination
13.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed per our Privacy Policy.
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your activity creates legal exposure or harm to other users
- We are required to do so by law
- You engage in chargebacks or payment fraud
We may also terminate the Service or any plan tier with 30 days' notice.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 2, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15) will survive.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English, with the arbitration seated in Austin, Texas. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve any dispute with us on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for IP infringement or to prevent irreparable harm.
15. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TraderJack regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Amendments: We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email and by posting the updated Terms on traderjack.ai at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
