Common questions

Is my trade data secure?

Yes. Your trade data is stored on encrypted servers and never sold or shared with third parties. Chart screenshots you send are processed to provide the service - reading your chart and logging your trades. Your data is used only to provide the TraderJack service. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.

What brokers work with TraderJack?

Any broker, today - because TraderJack uses screenshots, not a direct connection. Take a screenshot from MT4, MT5, OANDA, cTrader, TradingView, IBKR, or any other platform and TradeSnap it. Jack reads the chart and logs the trade automatically. Direct broker sync (auto-import without screenshots) is on our roadmap for later this year.

Can I export my data?

Yes - CSV export is available on Basic, Pro, and Premium plans. Your data is yours. You can export your full trade history at any time from the web dashboard under Settings.

Does this work for crypto trading?

Yes. TraderJack works for any asset class - forex, crypto, equities, futures, options, indices. Log trades by screenshot or plain text from any exchange or platform. Pro and Premium users can also connect a crypto wallet address via WalletSnap to track on-chain transactions automatically (Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, and more).

How does Jack analyze my charts?

TradeSnap (available on all paying plans) uses vision AI to read a chart screenshot and extract the trade details - entry, exit, instrument, structure. The Read (available on all paid plans) goes deeper: Jack reads the chart context, price action, and key levels, then cross-references your own trading history to give you a full analysis of the setup and what your past behavior says about it.
